MHR Global Learning Experience

Faculty of the Huntsman MHR program have been leading first-year students on an international trip for nearly 10 years. Our companies tell us our students are distinguished by having a global perspective to business and international HR. Our alumni report they are better prepared to collaborate with their international colleagues and are better able to adapt to international relocations.

This international experience takes place spring semester around spring break and is a required part of the program curriculum.

Global Learning Experience Goals

• Learn to manage a global workforce.
• Visit and network with high level HR professionals in Asia or Europe.
• Develop deeper bonds with peers, faculty, and staff through international travel.
• Show students the benefits and opportunities available with global companies.
• Increase student's confidence in their ability to succeed in a global context.
