On-campus Master of Human Resources Program

The on-campus MHR option is best suited for individuals looking to accelerate or launch a successful career in Human Resources. Huntsman School MHR students receive hands-on experience with real-world projects, receiving not just textbook knowledge, but practical know-how and the ability to put ideas into action. The Huntsman MHR degree is, quite simply, an investment in your future.

This program is completed in four semesters: fall, spring, summer and fall. The program consists of 37 credits (which includes a summer internship course worth 2 credits).

Program Options

This degree is available as a single degree (MHR) or can be completed as a Dual Degree (MBA, MMIS, or MDATA) acquiring a second graduate degree in one additional year (two degrees in two years).

The MHR degree provides an in-depth knowledge of Human Resources issues.

This concurrent degree program combines a breadth of business knowledge with a depth of HR specialization.


This concurrent degree program combines expertise in managing human resources with in-depth data management and analysis skills.

This program applies technical skills to the HR function, such as HR Analytics through database mining and dashboard creation.
