4. Scholarships/Assistantships

For qualified, on-campus, full-time students we offer a limited number of scholarships and assistantships.

Scholarships may be awarded based on scholastic merit (undergrad GPA, entrance exam, etc) or financial needs. No additional application is required to be considered for a scholarship. To be considered for a scholarship, you must complete your entire application prior to the scholarship deadline and have been admitted to the on-campus program. We encourage all admitted students apply for FASFA in order to be considered for a needs based scholarship.  Scholarships are generally awarded to 1/3 to 1/2 of admitted students and typically range from $500.00 to $5000.00.

Assistantships are selected from incoming and current students. Number of Assistantships available vary based on professor and MHR office need. Information on applying for an Assistanceship will be sent to current and incoming students each summer.
