Utah State offers two compelling MHR program options that are designed to accelerate your career—whether you’re a few years in or just starting out.

The Professional Online program is designed for working professionals. 95% of online graduates report raises, promotions, or new job opportunities. Online students experience largely the same faculty and instruction as On-campus students and have flexible study choices, with one-year, 16-month, and two-year tracks.

The On-campus program is a full-time, 18-month experience and offers an unmatched opportunity to launch early HR careers. It consistently places graduates in top HR organizations at Fortune 500 companies. On-campus students experience a 95% full-time placement after graduation, many within industry-leading leadership development programs.
