Graduate Assistantships

Assistantships are awarded on a competitive basis to students who have good scholastic and communication skills. Students are assigned to work approximately 10 hours per week with a faculty member as a grader, lab assistant, or research assistant and will be paid $1,600 per semester.

Students must be enrolled in graduate-level accounting courses. Enrollment in pre-requisite courses will not qualify a student to receive the assistantship. Students must have a U.S. Social Security card before the award can be finalized. International students are eligible to apply for an assistantship after attending one year at an English-language university.
