MSLE 3800 - Leadership

MSLE 3800 was created based on the idea that leadership skills are not only built from reading and studying leadership theories and science, but perhaps more importantly, from actively engaging in activities that push students to apply principles of leadership to develop their own capabilities.

In MSLE 3800 students engage in the real work of leadership outside the classroom through the Leadership Challenge. The Leadership Challenge is an opportunity for students to identify a need in the community or the world, recruit a team and execute a plan to achieve extraordinary results.

This class helps you identify your core values to build stronger character and ignite your drive to achieve extraordinary results.
