K-12 Conferences and Trainings
Leadership Training
Interest Form
At the Stephen R. Covey Leadership Center, we empower the next generation through conferences and trainings built on timeless leadership principles. We work with elementary, junior high, and high school students to develop principle-centered leaders of character and competence.
Our programs provide transformative learning experiences where students strengthen essential leadership skills through interactive, hands-on activities. Whether leading an athletic team, serving on a HOPE Squad, or taking initiative in any student or community organization, participants gain the confidence and practical tools they need to lead with integrity and create lasting positive change in their schools and communities.
Lead
Our leadership framework is primarily focused on the LEAD Model and other proven frameworks, depending on the needs of our audience. This model is a research backed model that focuses on the most studied form of leadership; transformational leadership. Research studies on transformational leadership have shown impacts on certain characteristics related to the follower such as empowerment, commitment, self-efficacy beliefs, job satisfaction, trust, innovation and motivation.
The Covey Center Leadership Model is a framework that helps students develop principle-centered leadership skills through four pillars represented by the acronym L.E.A.D.: Learning, Empathy, Authenticity, and Drive. Together, these pillars guide students to develop the mindsets and skills needed to lead with clarity, character, and purpose.
