Covey Leadership brings hands-on workshops right to your school, built around the students in front of you. Our trainings draw from proven frameworks like LEAD (Learning, Empathy, Authenticity, Drive) and 4DX, along with other tools suited to your group's goals. Lead

Our leadership framework is primarily focused on the LEAD Model and other proven frameworks, depending on the needs of our audience. This model is a research backed model that focuses on the most studied form of leadership; transformational leadership. Research studies on transformational leadership have shown impacts on certain characteristics related to the follower such as empowerment, commitment, self-efficacy beliefs, job satisfaction, trust, innovation and motivation.

The Covey Center Leadership Model is a framework that helps students develop principle-centered leadership skills through four pillars represented by the acronym L.E.A.D.: Learning, Empathy, Authenticity, and Drive. Together, these pillars guide students to develop the mindsets and skills needed to lead with clarity, character, and purpose.

Elementary School
Our elementary conferences and assemblies introduce young students to foundational leadership principles through interactive, age-appropriate activities. Using a simplified version of our L.E.A.D. model, we help students build character and discover their potential to positively influence others. Through engaging individual and team activities, students develop essential leadership skills in a fun, memorable way that lays the groundwork for future growth.

Emerging Leaders for Elementary
Jr. High/Middle School
Junior high conferences challenge students to move beyond basic leadership concepts and develop the practical skills needed to create real change among their peers. Through thought-provoking discussions, collaborative problem-solving, and peer-to-peer learning, students explore what it means to lead with authenticity and purpose during a pivotal stage of their development. This experience prepares them to navigate complex social dynamics and lead courageously in what matters most.

High school represents the launching pad for tomorrow's leaders. Our conferences equip students with leadership competencies that translate directly to college, careers, and community impact.
