High School Sports Leadership Conference

The Covey Leadership Center offers dynamic leadership workshops designed for high school sports team captains. These events emphasize the captains' unique influence on their teams and equip them with skills to learn, adapt, stay flexible, and inspire a shared sense of purpose.

Workshops are customized and developed to accommodate each high school -- workshops are executed per sports season at High Schools all over Cache Valley (Fall, Winter, and Spring).

The focus of the learning will be on the Covey Center's LEAD Model

Important Information

• Students must be on a high school sports team.
• Students are not required to be team captains.
• All High School grades are welcome.
