The Leadership Challenge
Are leaders born or made? While research suggests that innate ability can be helpful, the most effective leaders are forged through the fires of experience.
The Leadership Challenge is a one-of-a-kind, fast-paced, multi-round simulation where teams compete in an immersive leadership experience. Participants step into the role of a C-suite executive, tackling complex, real-world challenges that test their judgement, decision-making, and leadership under pressure. Throughout the competition, teams present and defend their strategies before a board of current CEOs and other experienced leaders, receiving valuable feedback from executives who have led organizations at the highest level.

Format
- Teams consist of 4 particpants
- All teams competes in the first round, with the top four teams advancing to the championship round.
- Teams receive the case and a scoring rubric one week before the competition.
- Prepare a 10-minute presentation (no slides or handouts) responding to the case questions.
- Present your recommendations to a board of directors composed of current CEOs and other experienced leaders, followed by a Q&A and feedback.
- Finalist teams receive a case twist and have to update their presentation before the final round.
- Dinner is provided for all participants.
