Emerging Leaders for Elementary Schools
The Elementary Emerging Leaders Conference is a flagship event of the Stephen R. Covey Leadership Center at Utah State University. Each year, hundreds of elementary school students and advisors gather from across the state for a day of hands-on leadership development.
Students participate in themed workshops, interactive activities, and engaging games designed to build practical leadership skills grounded in timeless principles. The competencies students gain provide a secure foundation they can draw on as they navigate challenges and opportunities throughout their lives.
The conference experience is built around the Covey Center's L.E.A.D Model:

It was a super good experience. I wish everyone could have that experience because the practices and things we did helped me to become a leader.
