I am an avid sports fan and love talking about all different teams and sports! Although I am more gifted at talking about them, I really enjoy playing all sports and especially slow-pitch softball and golf. I love getting to know new people and helping to understand them and their thought process. I have accepted a full-time offer at a local contruction company as a management consultant when I graduate this spring!

Madison LarsenMadison Larsen
My name is Madison Larsen, and I am currently a junior studying marketing and entrepreneurship. Last spring, I had the opportunity to attend SEED XP to help entrepreneurs improve their business in the Dominican Republic. It was an amazing experience and very humbling. In result of that opportunity, I was able to start my own business, called Mad Granola Co. I offer a homemade granola that is a healthy, and a nutritious dense option. I sell at farmers markets, take online orders, and it is available at local stores. Throughout my experiences, I have learned how to help others and improve my business to be successful.

Ethan RasmussenEthan Rasmussen
My name is Ethan Rasmussen & I'm currently majoring in animal science and minoring in entrepreneurship at USU. I've been a part of the Entrepreneurship Center for a little over a year, and I love being a part of Hope Corps. Outside of classes, I'm passionate about taking care of our resources and using available farmland efficiently. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and expanding my knowledge of business and agriculture. I enjoy studying principles of soil health, pasture management, and horticulture along with marketing, finance, and business legal formation. In my freshman year of college, I started an agricultural consulting company focused on helping provate land owners learn how to use their land most efficiently. I understand what it is like to build business from the ground up, and I can't wait to work with you! I really enjoy meeting new people and working with new businesses.
