Shingo Club Dojo Activity - Hot Dog Bracket Challenge

Dojo Activity – Hot Dog Bracket Challenge. Teams will compete in a bracket-style competition to produce a complete, defect-free hot dog in the fastest time. Finished hot dogs will be given away to students and faculty as they enter Huntsman Hall, making it a high-energy, visible activity right at the building entrance. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for team instructions. Midway through the competition, teams will pause for a process improvement moment where they’ll apply a set of operational tools to their assembly process, then return to the bracket to see how their throughput changes. The competitive format makes the impact of those improvements immediately tangible.
