Join us Wednesday, March 4th at 5:00 pm in HH 260 as we welcome Helaman Rivera, who completed his degree at Utah State in Operations Management in 2023 and quickly launched his career in industry. After beginning his professional journey with O.C. Tanner, he has recently stepped into a new role with Awardco. He will share practical insights on early career readiness, transitioning from student to professional, and how operational excellence shows up in real business settings. This is a great opportunity to hear from someone who has recently navigated the same path many of you are on now.
