Website Resources

All Huntsman School departments, graduate programs, centers, and experience units will use the official USU/Huntsman School website template under the direction of the Dean's Office Web Team. Websites are managed using an Content Management System (CMS) called Omni CMS (previously OU Campus).

Website Update Process

  • Website and Profile Updates: All updates to web content (including errors or incorrect information) and profiles need to be submitted via forms, so that they can be directed to the appropriate person on the web team to be completed.
  • YouTube Video Submission: details for a video that needs loaded to the Huntsman School's YouTube channel, need to be submitted via a form.

General Website Information

  • Direct Access to Edit Content: One or two individuals per unit can gain access to make simple updates directly using the CMS. To request access contact Morgan Kuethe (

  • Content Review Cycle: All content on websites should be reviewed and updated at least once a year. Summer is the standard time to do reviews/updates unless there is an alternative timing that makes more for individual units.
