For social media coverage, please send the following information to Megan Bowen at megan.bowen@usu.edu at least 72 hours before the post is expected to go live.
- Details and Information
- Used to create the context and caption for the posts
- Include names, titles, locations, social media handles, URLs, and any other relevant information
- Media (photo/video)
- .jpg .png .mov files in the highest possible quality
- If no media is provided, stock images or other relevant content will be used/created
- Ideal Posting Date/Time
- When it would be relevant to post, when you’re promoting it the most on your end, etc.
- Please give at least 72 hours notice
- Requests can be submitted as far in advance as necessary.
