This Week at Huntsman and Calendar

This Week @ Huntsman is a weekly email sent to Huntsman students and employees. The email is sent out every Monday during the Fall and Spring semesters.

Event Submissions

Featured events are selected from the Huntsman School calendar. Not all events added to the calendar will be included in This Week @ Huntsman.

Event Submission Steps:

• Go to the Huntsman Calendar
• Click on the blue, "SUBMIT AN EVENT" button.
• On the form, fill out all 15 required fields
  
  • Description field:
    • Explain the purpose of the event
    • Value of participating in the event
    • Include additional information (the more descriptive, the better)
• When the form is completely filled out, click on the blue, "Submit" button.
• The event will then go through the approval process and be added to the Huntsman Calendar.
