The Huntsman Career Expo is your opportunity to make early connections with key professionals and learn about internship and employment opportunities with 50 of the Huntsman School’s best corporate partners.  Get your suit cleaned, your resume polished and start practicing your personal elevator pitch!

Career Expo Events

This year's Huntsman Career Expo features both a Virtual and In-Person Event.  Companies participating in each event are different, so we highly recommend that students attend both events.

Employers at the Career Expo will expect students to:

  • Be able to communicate career goals and be able to discuss their experience and skills
  • Have basic knowledge of the industries they’re interested in
  • Make eye contact, be sincere, and engaged

Students may sign up to attend the Career Expo Events through Aggie Handshake. Registration opens January 10th at 8:00 am.

Day-of Checklist

Make sure you are prepared for Interviews, by gathering these materials and checking your technology.

Virtual Session

  • Use Chrome or Firefox (close all other programs)
  • Clean/Professional background (free of distractions)
  • Business professional attire
  • Company and industry research
  • Make sure you have a reliable internet connection

In-person Session

  • Business professional attire
  • Paper copies of reviewed resume on nice paper
  • Writing utensil and legal pad for taking notes
  • Company and industry research
  • Look for a little "A" logo on employers' name tags signifying them as alumni
  • Check in on the 2nd floor of Huntsman Hall: START Desk or South- East Entrance.

Professional Photo

Wrap up the day's events by having a professional photo taken to add to your LinkedIn and/or Handshake profile.
