Apply for USU Graduation USU Commencement Information USU Registrar's Office Academic Advisors

Graduation is an exciting time in your college career, and you will want to remember to apply for graduation. You have worked hard, and it is almost time to begin the next adventure in your life. In the Huntsman School of Business, we encourage our students to apply for graduation two semesters prior to their projected graduation date. This allows your academic advisors time to process your application and gives you a buffer if something comes up during the process, such as a missing course or unmet 2.5 GPA requirement.

You will need to complete the following steps at https://www.usu.edu/registrar/graduation/apply-online 

  1. Be eligible to apply for graduation
  2. Complete the Graduating Student Survey
  3. Fill out the online graduation application
Once your application has been processed your academic advisor will contact you via email regarding your graduation requirements. However, you are always welcome to schedule an appointment to meet with your advisor if you have questions.
