Utah State University’s Huntsman MBA Program Creates Support Podcast for People Working at Home
The Utah State University MBA Program and KSL Podcasts are excited to announce the launch of a new podcast series, “The Management Minute Home Team.” Hosted by Professor Scott Hammond, the podcasts are a part of the “Management Minute” series on KSL, a long-time collaboration between KSL and the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. Episodes, around 9-10 minutes long, are now available here: https://omny.fm/shows/home-team-podcast, and the podcast can be accessed on all major podcast distributors, including Apple, Google, and Spotify.
We invite you to listen and share these podcasts with colleagues, friends, and family. It is our hope that individuals working at home will feel like they are a part of the “Home Team” community.
Within the last few weeks, the COVID-19 pandemic has sent as many as 400,000 Utahns home to work. Dr. Hammond, writer and producer of the podcast, says, “This is for the COVID-19 outcasts who are now working at home.” Executive MBA Director Brad Winn says, “USU has a long tradition of outreach across the state to help real people with real challenges in real time.” Winn adds, “In difficult times, we can help one another step up to new challenges. We hope to offer practical solutions for leaders and professionals who need to keep business going while working from home.
So, check it out! We think the podcasts are something that can benefit us all during these crazy times.
