The Building Resilience Program is a free 4-session series open to everyone. Whether you're a student, a parent, a professional, or just a human having a rough go of it, you belong here.
You'll walk away with practical tools to handle stress with more ease, reconnect with your body and emotions, recognize patterns that might be holding you back, and show up more fully in school, work, and life.
This program is built around Mind-Body Bridging, an evidence-based practice shown to reduce distress and build lasting resilience. Research tells us that stronger resilience leads to better outcomes across all areas of life, and we're here to help you build it.

Come join us at the USU Museum of Anthropology in collaboration with the Bringing War Home project for our final Saturdays at the Museum event of the school year, “The Stories We Tell”. Experience the power of object stories, see how we can tell our own stories and learn about our own family history, and hear about powerful local stories recorded by the research project Bringing War Home.

USU Physics Day at Lagoon
Special Event
Each spring USU Physics Day at Lagoon offers the chance for thousands of middle school and high school students to gather at Utah’s largest amusement park to “do physics”. The USU Physics Department, the Idaho National Laboratory, and a host of STEM sponsors organize a wide variety of physics-based contests and activities at all levels centered around amusement park physics. And each year thousands of dollars in prizes and scholarships are awarded to top students and teachers.
