Platform Accounting Group is a Utah based private equity backed platform focused on acquiring boutique tax and accounting firms across the country. The Corporate Development team has completed 65+ acquisitions since its creation in 2015 and runs an established internship program focused on feeding students into IB placement. Interns are given hands-on exposure to all parts of the buy-side strategic acquisition process, develop hard skills like financial modeling / presentation building and additionally have access to a deep Platform alumni network across roles in IB and PE.
