Cassie Whitlock is a seasoned business and HR leader with more than two decades of experience building companies, leading high-performing teams, and aligning people strategy with business growth. Known for her ability to connect culture, performance, and financial outcomes, she has built and led HR functions from the ground up while partnering closely with executives and finance leaders to drive sustainable success.

Today, Cassie serves as Chief People Officer at Diversify Advisor Network, guiding leadership development, talent strategy, and organizational culture across a growing national firm.

In addition to her executive leadership, Cassie is a passionate educator who integrates decades of hands-on business experience into her teaching. As an Adjunct Professor in Utah State University’s MBA and Professional MHR programs, she helps students connect strategic concepts to real-world challenges. Cassie teaches courses including Leadership and the evolving role of HR Technology in the workplace, blending academic frameworks with lessons learned from her executive career.

She also extends her teaching beyond the classroom—speaking at conferences and webinars, guesting on podcasts,, and leading workshops that empower leaders and individuals to elevate performance, strengthen culture, and achieve meaningful results.
