Biography

Samantha Walters is a dedicated data analyst with expertise in Python programming, machine learning, database management, and data visualization.

While earning her master's degree in data analytics at Utah State University, she won the Tech Innovator Challenge (Nov. 2023) for developing an application that revolutionizes the efficiency and accuracy of language sample analysis for Speech-Language Pathologists.

With a strong background in data analytics and a deep-seated commitment to crafting accessible technology, Samantha now channels her skills and passion into impactful projects at the Huntsman School of Business. She specializes inuncovering deeper meanings from data and transforming it into clear, purposeful visualizations that provide actionable insights. Samantha thrives in collaborative environments and is driven by the opportunity to contribute to initiatives that make a meaningful difference.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs.
