Biography

Landon has an undergraduate degree in Social Studies Composite Teaching from Utah State University and a graduate degree in Educational Leadership from Western Governors University.

Landon spent 6 years in the Air National Guard, serving in several leadership positions and several foreign and domestic deployments. He then spent 7 years as a Social Studies teacher at a small high school in rural Idaho. During that time, Landon developed a deep passion for helping students thrive and succeed in all of their educational and life goals. Landon has been with USU since August 2023 and is excited to help all Aggies reach their full potential.

In his personal life, Landon loves anything that will get him outdoors and playing, with a special love for backpacking and camping. However, since he is a bit of a contrary creature, he also loves staying inside and reading a good book or watching a comedy with his family. Above all, Landon loves spending time with his wife and 4 beautiful children.
