Randy Sedgwick

Dr. Sedgwick is an active scholar-practitioner, a Strategic Leadership & Learning professional with extensive Organizational Development (OD) experience. As an expert in strategic leadership and learning with thirty years of experience, Dr. Sedgwick has a unique ability to combine training management oversight with project management expertise to perform consulting  services while engaging a diverse range of management stakeholders.

 

Dr. Sedgwick possesses professional experience in Leadership Development, Change Management, Training Strategies, Training Department Management/Development, Project Management, and Distance Learning.

 

Dr. Sedgwick's Theoretical Research work focused on adult learning principles interlaced with employee role refinement, strategic learning, training, and emergent leadership. Prior to his doctoral matriculation, Dr. Sedgwick earned his Master’s degree at Westminster College in Salt Lake City working in the field of instructing, coaching/mentoring, and training development.
