Peter Foss is a senior level management consultant with over 20 years of international business experience. He has a lifelong passion for developing and executing growth strategies. Peter has worked with top executives in many companies to identify internal and external stakeholder needs, define organizational purpose, create strategies, as well as build and execute successful plans. He focuses on getting the right people passionately engaged in doing the right things. His work includes the development of company culture, creating collaboration between management and union workers and successful "turn-around" strategies for moving troubled organizations into profitable ones.
Peter Foss is a partner in Strategic Leadership Partners, an international consulting firm working for companies such as USANA Health Sciences, Associated Food Stores and Saudi Aramco, the world’s second largest company on strategic leadership. As management for hire he was the SVP at Melaleuca, where he was responsible for 9 international companies with 900 employees and $350Million in revenue located in Europe, Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia/New Zealand.
As management consultant for T. Bak Jensen Management Consultants in Denmark, Vice President and Sr. Consultant for Covey Leadership Center, and Partner at Strategic Leadership Partners, Peter has worked with more than 100 companies. Among these numerous companies were startup companies and many were Fortune 500 companies such as GM, Ford, Honda, 3M, and Papa John’s Pizza.
Peter has worked with companies in 12 countries and lived outside the U.S. for more than 30 years. Mr. Foss has been the General Manager/President/CEO of companies in Denmark, USA, Korea, Japan and Australia and been on the Board of Directors or Executive Team of 16 organizations.
Mr. Foss holds a B.S. in economics and an M.B.A. with emphasis on marketing from University of Odense, Denmark. He has been an Adj. Professor at Odense University, Denmark and been an Adj. Professor at Westminster College USA where he has taught innovation and strategy to executive MBA students. He is presently Adj. Professor at John M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University.
