Nicole Ellis

Biography

Nicole Ellis is the Scholar Lab Facilitator. She oversees the yearly Scholar Labs, providing scholars with hands-on learning tied to the four pillars of the Huntsman School of Business. Her work plays a key role in shaping immersive experiences that help scholars grow both academically and personally. She manages all Lab logistics, including scheduling, communication, and materials preparation, while collaborating with faculty to develop course content and support marketing and planning efforts. Nicole ensures Labs align with the academic calendar and Scholar Program goals, offering ongoing support and using feedback to continually improve the experience.

Nicole approaches life with curiosity and a love for exploration, always seeking personal growth. As a certified life coach, she offers support, perspective, and tools to help others confidently navigate life’s challenges. She enjoys discovering new places with her husband and six kids and loves outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, snorkeling, and taking the road less traveled.
