Deeanna Price

Biography

Deeanna is an Academic Advisor in the FJ Management Center for Student Success. She comes to the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business with global experience and an appreciation for languages and multicultural perspectives having lived for many years in both Russia and Egypt. She’s a proud former military spouse and stay-at-home parent having supported many overseas deployments and assignments in the Near Eastern Affairs (NEA) region. As a family, they lived in Cairo, Egypt for four years where Deeanna served as a Community Liaison Officer for the Department of State at the U.S. Embassy of Cairo. Deeanna has a passion for helping others and has worked in education and other advocacy roles both professionally and as a volunteer. Deeanna loves to travel and study American history, family history, and the great literary works by Russian authors. She enjoys cheering on her four children and delights in the beauty of Cache Valley.
