Biography
Cynthia Armstrong is the Recruiter for the Master of Human Resources Program, both professional and on-campus. She has a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with Certificates in Human Resources and Organizational Development. Originally from Cache Valley, she returned home (to Utah) to live near family in 2019 after living/working for 20 years in Washington state (including working in Human Resources hiring police, fire and police-fire communication specialists). She has two children and enjoys networking/meeting new people, having adventures with friends and family and always learning! She has a passion for helping students find their career path and passion.
