Biography
After earning an MBA with a concentration in accounting at Utah State University, Scott Allred spent the first years of his career as a management consultant for a Fortune 500 company. In this capacity he helped client companies throughout the United States to collect and utilize data to solve operational problems and improve decision making. Leveraging knowledge gained as a consultant, he served as a financial controller and then as an executive vice president. Desiring to transition to an academic career, Dr. Allred earned a PhD at the University of Utah and has been teaching business courses ever since.
