Biography

Ms. Allred is the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. She is also the Karen Haight Huntsman Endowed Professor of Leadership, an honor she shares with her colleague Lianne Wappett. From 2022 to 2025 she served as the Inaugural Director of She’s Daring Mighty Things, an initiative focused on providing more opportunities, higher engagement, and better outcomes for our students. In 2025, the Huntsman Hive was created, with Ms. Allred named as Director. Building on the success of She’s Daring Mighty Things, the Huntsman Hive continues to engage, educate, and empower our students – with additional aims of facilitating student success through transformative experiences and encouraging collaboration with peers and mentors. The Hive connects students to their peers, to experiences, and to professional development serving as a hub of information and resources that elevates all students to “Dare Mighty Things – Together”. She is also the Inaugural Director and principal designer of the Freshmen Academy, a program for first-year students in the Huntsman School. Its purpose is to foster a sense of belonging at Huntsman, encouraging students to develop the habits and skills which will help them become who they want to be.
 
In 2020, Ms. Allred became the CEO and Co-Founder of Allred Management Consulting, where she worked as a leadership consultant serving organizations like Perdue Farms, Ferguson Enterprises and C&F Bank. In 2019-2020 she conducted global research focused on belonging, interviewing 122 people from 38 countries. Prior to consulting, she worked for the Mason School of Business at William & Mary, executing programs centered on women’s leadership, alumni engagement, and entrepreneurship. She served as the program director for the Women’s Stock Pitch & Leadership Summit and the Singapore/Hong Kong Global Immersion Program. She also served on the executive team for the 100 Years of Women Celebration at William & Mary. She and her husband have traveled to over 100 countries and have five incredible kids.
