Madison Hutchings

Maddie Hutchings serves as the DAIS Program Assistant and Project Manager for the Sage Academy pilot program in the Data Analytics & Information Systems Department. She earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in Information Systems and Management from Brigham Young University, with particular interests in product management and academic research.

Maddie is passionate about creating a positive impact in her community and helping others become better than they were before. Her experience includes teaching university courses and conducting research in the information systems field, with projects ranging from improving meeting environments to studying the use of AI in mental health contexts.

 

Outside of teaching, mentoring, and working on technology projects, Maddie enjoys long-distance running, exploring creative pursuits (sketching, painting, etc.), playing musical instruments, and learning new skills.
