Rachel Brown

Biography

Rachel Brown serves as the MBA Program Coordinator for the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University, where she supports the MBA program and assists with the planning and coordination of Shingo Institute workshops, events, and program initiatives. In her role, she is dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for students, faculty, and organizational partners while supporting the mission of developing principled leaders and advancing organizational excellence.

Rachel earned a Master of Science in Leadership and Management from Western Governors University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Family, Consumer, and Human Development from Utah State University. Her educational background, combined with her passion for leadership, continuous improvement, and professional development, has strengthened her commitment to helping individuals and organizations achieve lasting success.

Rachel is particularly interested in the principles of organizational culture, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. She enjoys supporting programs that inspire leaders to create environments where people and processes thrive.
