Alumni Legacy Nonresident Scholarship
The Alumni Legacy Nonresident Scholarship waives the nonresident portion of tuition and is automatically renewed each semester as long as the student remains in good standing.
Criteria: A student must be admitted into a graduate program, have a least one parent or grandparent (biological, step, or legal guardian) who earned an associate's degree or higher from Utah State University, and enroll as a first-time graduate student at USU. Time spent in Utah on the scholarship cannot be counted towards establishing Utah residency for tuition purposes.
Application Process: After being accepted into a graduate program at USU, complete the Alumni Legacy Verification Form and submit to the School of Graduate Studies.

Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP)
Available to student in the following programs: MMIS, MHR, MAcc Financial Planning Specialization Applicants Only
Program Overview: Residents of Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming can qualify for resident tuition when attending certain graduate programs at the Huntsman School.

Graduate Non-Resident Tuition for Excellence Waiver
The Non-Resident Tuition Waiver for Excellence is a one-year waiver of the non-resident portion of graduate tuition. It is available for all new students applying to USU’s School of Graduate Studies, whose GPA and admission test scores (GRE, GMAT LSAT, Miller, etc.) are above the average for the Huntsman School.
