This unique degree program combines expertise in managing human resources (MHR) with the skills needed for effective decision-making in the era of big data (MDATA). The MHR program provides comprehensive training in people management, covering talent acquisition, labor relations, compensation, and organizational development. The MDATA degree equips graduates with the knowledge of data management and analysis applicable to various organizations.
