Look for tables set up throughout the building during the morning and afternoon to learn about ways to get involved in service in our community. Commonly used in consulting-type roles, the interview will take the candidate through a situation or circumstance to see how they will prepare, process, and act in any given scenario. Barbara Matthews, in charge of global learning and leadership development at McKinsey & Company, will take you through the case interview and break down some basic preparation points, offering advice that will be essential to your success.
