Biography
Barbara J. Matthews leads the global Diversity & Inclusion and Risk learning teams at McKinsey & Company. In this role, she oversees learning and development for McKinsey’s business consultants on competencies related to inclusive leadership, risk management, professional standards, values, and purpose.
Barb received a master’s degree in Instructional Technology from USU in 1998. After a long time out of the valley, she and her family were able to return to Cache Valley in 2016. Barb and her husband, Pete, have five children and one granddaughter. Their oldest daughter is currently attending USU.
