David is a strong believer that a business succeeds when it has a challenging but fun team environment. He believes in an individual’s ability to improve and accomplish things they may not have believed possible before. He delegates to a trusted team and requires team members to be accountable for those responsibilities and to provide accurate reporting. He believes teams accomplish more than individuals. He knows people make mistakes, but expects team members to learn from those experiences and to contribute to improved processes so others won’t repeat the same mistakes. He believes in providing clients with personal contacts within the company and being fair, honest, and ethical in all things.

He is the owner of 50+ companies in a wide range of industries and is a serial entrepreneur by any definition. He is constantly looking for the next big opportunity. He loves the challenge and opportunities associated with all things business. Talking business is a favorite conversation topic with others, especially those trying to start a new idea.

David and Conservice participate in a significant number of philanthropic causes and organizations locally.

Most of all, he really enjoys seeing others succeed!
