Biography

Dave Hickox is a partner with Ernst & Young in the firm's technology-driven office in Palo Alto, California. He is primarily a global coordinating partner for some of the firm's priority clients and also performs the concurring partner review for the SEC and private clients.

Mr. Hickox received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from USU in 1977. While he was a student, he worked for Partners In Business and for the dean of the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, Richard L. Smith. He served as the president of the Accounting Society during his senior year, when an application was submitted and accepted to convert the Accounting Society to a chapter of Beta Alpha Psi. In 2005, he received the Professional Achievement Award. He has also hosted students for the Dine with Alumni event.

Mr. Hickox and his wife, Loretta, have two daughters and live in Los Altos Hills, California. They donate regularly to the National Advisory Board Scholarship in the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business as well as to the School of Accountancy.
