Biography

Kurt Fullmer is the vice president of client development for Ancillary Care Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Care Source Holdings, Inc. His company builds and maintains networks of healthcare providers such as physical therapists and chiropractors. It also contracts with laboratories, x-ray facilities, surgery centers, and dialysis centers. It has built up a national network of about 3,000 such providers at more than 30,000 sites.

Mr. Fullmer has more than 20-years experience in developing managed healthcare and technology-related businesses. His work has always been with companies that were on the cutting edge in the search to make affordable healthcare more accessible.

He has also served as CEO of ClaimsPay Solutions, which offered proprietary software designed to create electronic payments and remittance documents for healthcare payers. Before joining ClaimsPay, he was senior vice president of network and medical management for MEGA Life and Health Insurance Company where he helped develop a unique consumer-driven healthcare insurance plan. During that time he was also president of Health Market Insurance Agency, leading its sales efforts and providing broker and agent support for the company. Fullmer has held executive positions with One Comp Health System, CCN Managed Care, Intergroup Healthcare Corporation of Utah and FHP.

Mr. Fullmer graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor's degree in personnel and industrial relations, including minor studies in chemistry and economics. He received his master’s in business and health care administration from the University of Utah. He lives in Southlake, Texas, with his wife, Mindy. They have four children.
