Minor in Real Estate
The Real Estate minor equips students with the fundamental skills required to create and lead real estate companies in a competitive and ever-fluctuating environment. Students will build a foundation in real estate investment, valuation, and development.
Minor Requirements (15 Credits)
Starting Fall 2020 an overall GPA of 2.0 is required for enrollment in this business minor. A student from outside the Huntsman School who desires to pursue any business minor must recognize that there may be prerequisites to required minor courses and there is no GPA requirement but all courses require a B- or better in order for the Minor to be awarded at graduation.
