Q. Why did you choose the Huntsman School Master of Human Resources Program?
R. I was looking for a program that would not only provide relevant and current knowledge of the HR world but that would also open the doors to networking and meeting experienced HR professionals at incredible companies — that’s exactly what I found at the MHR program.

Q. What was your favorite part of the Huntsman School MHR Program?
R. I loved forming lasting relationships with my cohort members, and I enjoyed the real-life work projects I worked on that added value to my professional experience.
Q. What advice would you give current MHR students or recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in HR?
R. Network! — you will have the chance to meet incredible people, but it is up to you to be bold and put yourself out there. You never know if the professionals you meet will play a crucial role in future job opportunities or career advice.
Q. What are your 2-3 main job duties?
R. - Manage and analyze people data to ensure accuracy and provide key people information to critical stakeholders and other teams across the organization.
- Work with CHRO and VP People Operations to identify, design and build metrics, dashboards, reports, presentations and business proposals to enable data led decision.
