Biography

Justin is a born and bred San Diegan. With a B.S. in Organizational Communication from Brigham Young University-Idaho and 2 Masters from Utah State (MHR & MBA).

Having experience in HR from small startups of 50 employees to large Fortune 500’s with 130,000+ employees, Justin tackles his jobs as a strategic HR business partner with excitement and ingenuity.

Why did you choose the Huntsman School Master of Human Resources Program?
The incredible history of placement and success previous students have seen from the program.

What was your favorite part of the Huntsman School MHR Program?
My cohort of classmates really became some of my closest friends.

Q: What advice would you give current MHR students or recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in HR?
R: Network with as many people as you can. From your networking, try to build a pool of mentors from different companies who can help coach you through your HR journey.

R: Change management, HRIS integration, HR Business Partner
