Biography

James received his Associates Degree from Ricks College in 1975, a BS in Organizational Communications and Advertising from the University of Utah in 1977, and an MBA from Idaho State in 1978. In 1974, he worked as an instructor at Ricks College teaching Danish and presentation skills. Later he got a job working as the Merchandising Manager for Mini Mart Convenience Stores, Inc until 1985. He moved on to holding several President and Vice President positions with Angela Marie's Inc., Wal-Mart's Food Division, Vinyl Wholesales Inc., and Maxfield Candy Co. Currently, James is the CEO/COO and Partner of Choice Foods LLC. He enjoys biking, skiing, boy scouts, and traveling.
