Alison Cook received her PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. She is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Management in the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. Her research examines gender and racial/ethnic diversity in the workplace with a current focus on the factors that shape promotion opportunities for women and racial/ethnic minorities for top leadership positions.
