Mr. Winder is a dynamic, high-energy counselor and advocate. Craig has substantial transactional experience in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real property and land use. He is equally accomplished in the courtroom, having successfully represented his clients in commercial, real estate, and land use litigation. Craig is also a trained mediator.
