Biography

Mr. Winder is a dynamic, high-energy counselor and advocate. Craig has substantial transactional experience in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real property and land use. He is equally accomplished in the courtroom, having successfully represented his clients in commercial, real estate, and land use litigation. Craig is also a trained mediator.

Craig's peers have honored him with the distinction of being among Utah's "Legal Elite", as reported in Utah Business Magazine, and as one of Super Lawyer Magazine's "Rising Stars". Areas of expertise include: general business law; mergers and acquisitions; real estate and land use; entity formation and governance; and litigation.
