Biography

Mark Young received a master’s degree from Michigan State University and then worked as an advertising executive in Salt Lake City. While working on the McDonald’s account, Mark decided he wanted to become a business owner rather than a consultant to businesses. He worked at a McDonald’s for a period of time in order to qualify for a franchise. After he gained sufficient experience, he was offered his first franchise at Kimball Junction near Park City, Utah. Over time, Young was able to obtain five more franchises and built a very successful business. He excels in recruiting, hiring, training key employees, and customer service.
