Biography

Mr. Low received a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Utah State University. He is the managing partner at Jones Simkins LLC, which was ranked as the fourth largest local CPA firm in Utah by Utah Business Magazine. He is also the audit partner on all of the firm’s SEC reporting clients and also serves as the audit partner on many private clients. He is licensed in Utah and is a member of the AICPA and UACPA. He has 25 years’ experience providing audit and consulting services in the areas of manufacturing, construction, financial institutions, distribution, retail, oil and gas, employee benefit plans, internal controls (SOX 404 (b)) and various other industries. He has also consulted and advised clients in transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, equity transactions, and internal controls. Jones Simkins LLC operates two offices; one in Logan and the other in Salt Lake City.
