Career Exploration Trips

Career Exploration Trips give students the opportunity to visit various businesses in a specific field. A faculty or staff member leads each trip.

The Huntsman School of Business offers two types of career exploration trips: local day trips along the Wasatch Front and multiple day trips to locations within the U.S.

Participation in a Career Exploration Trip provides students with the following:

  • A better understanding of the of careers that are available in a particular field
  • The opportunity to network with prominent alumni and friends of the university
  • Advice on what steps should be taken to smoothly transition into a career after graduation

Students are expected to finance the cost of national trips themselves. For trips along the Wasatch Front, students carpool in university vehicles.
